To submit these forms, Hillingdon Theatres' function space hirers will need the venue booking reference number, found in our email agreeing the dates in our diary.

Venue Hire Rates & Charges

Before a function can go ahead, venue hirers are required to;

• read the Terms & Conditions
• accept the Terms & Conditions

At least 6 weeks before the function, venue hirers are required to 

• submit the Event Information Form
