Pilates exercises focus on improving postural alignment, core strength, and flexibility to help overall fitness. They are suitable for everyone regardless of age, ability, or current fitness level. Pilates develops the body uniformly, correcting posture, restoring vitality, invigorating the mind, and elevating the spirit!
SUZY BARTON, former British national squad gymnast, aerial acrobat, and dancer, used Pilates as a major part of her rehabilitation following a serious accident. The positive results inspired Suzy to become an instructor. She has practised Pilates in Central London for nearly 15 years, running classes as well as 1-2-1s, including sports injury rehabilitation. Suzy is now setting up in Ruislip. She is Pilates Foundation trained and a CYQ level 3 instructor.
