Hillingdon Box Office

Tickets for most shows on this site are bookable through Hillingdon Box Office, either online, by calling 01895 250615 - and (when venues open again) over the box office counter at Compass Theatre, Glebe Avenue, Ickenham, UB10 8PD

Where Hillingdon Box Office is not ticketing the event, alternative booking details will be on the event page. The details below apply only to Hillingdon Box Office bookings.

Admission is at the discretion of the event's Duty Manager. If you arrive after the start time, you may not be allowed in until a suitable break or interval.

Booked Tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled. In case of cancellation you can choose a refund, exchange to an alternative event or to credit for future ticket purchase. If you have a booking you can't use, let us know. We can't refund you but there might be a waiting list for returns, or we might exchange to another event or credit for future ticket purchase.

Reserved Tickets are those we hold, unpaid until an agreed date before the day or the event.  Very useful if you're not sure about the date or how many people are coming. There's no obligation - if you haven't confirmed by the agreed date, they'll go back on sale.

Changes - whilst every effort will be made to avoid it, the Theatre Management has the right to alter or vary artists or events as necessary, without notice.

Concessions are discounts offered, for example to those disabled, unemployed or in full-time education. Events may also offer discounts to those booking on behalf of large groups or well in advance. All discounts are given at the discretion of Hillingdon Box Office, on behalf of the event producer, and may be withdrawn or altered without notice.

Lost Tickets can be reprinted for collection at the event, subject to notice.

Not all events are appropriate for young children or babies and admission may be refused. If you worried whether a particular event is appropriate to the people you're bringing, please let us know.  Babies under 18 months old, can come into family events at Compass Theatre, on free 'lap' tickets.
