Free Mindfulness Group Taster Session

Have you heard of Mindfulness, but don’t know what it involves or are unsure whether it is for you?  Then attending a taster session will give you the opportunity to find out more and to try it for yourself.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a meditation practice through which we cultivate awareness of the present moment.  Over time, mindfulness allows us to see more clearly how we react to what arises in our lives and help us make wiser choices about how to respond.

Why try Mindfulness?

Mindfulness has been shown to improve well-being, increase our enjoyment of life and help us to appreciate the things that are important.  It can also help to:

•Optimise wellbeing

•Manage stress, anxiety, depression or living with physical health issues

•Calm busy minds

•Be more fully present in the moment

•Live life fully
