A 4-week introduction to Mindfulness

Trained at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre and with many years of experience as therapists and mindfulness teachers, Dr Charlotte Morris and Costas Lambropoulos lead this introductory mindfulness course.

Mindfulness involves bringing attention to our present-moment experience. It enables us to become more aware of thoughts, feelings and body sensations as they arise, which can help us make wiser choices about how to respond to situations that may otherwise cause stress or distress.
Mindfulness has been shown to improve well-being in a growing number of clinical trials. It can help us to increase our enjoyment of life and appreciate the things that are important as well as:

  • Optimise well-being
  • Manage stress, anxiety, depression or living with long-term pain or a
  • Physical health condition
  • Calm busy minds
  • Be more fully present in the moment
  • Live life fully
